Wellington Operatic Society
The Operatic Society is active all year round, staging two regular
production each year. Each May they stage a musical at the
Wellesley Theatre, as well as a cabaret show of their own devising
each autumn at the Arts Centre.
In addition, the Operatic Society provide entertainment to other
organisations and at other local events as part of their year round
touring programme.

Auditions for "Summer Holiday"

Auditions for the ten main roles in "Summer Holiday" are being held on Sunday afternoon, 5th February at the Arts Centre.
"Summer Holiday" is the story of a group of four young bus mechanics who plan a holiday to the continent and, with help from their work mates, convert a double-decker bus into a mobile holiday home. The show is full of well-known Cliff Richard songs, and the production team is on the lookout for talented young actors, singers and dancers to join the cast.
