Time and Date: Saturday 7th March 2009 at 7:30pm
Strangeface Mask Theatre Company present "The Last Resort", a Faustian folktale complete with masks, puppets and original live music. Best described as "Spitting Image meets Wallace & Grommit" this comedy tells the story of a small town on the edge of ruin, visited by a mysterious soldier with a fortune on his back and a devil at his side. He lays an offer of salvation before the town elders, but at a terrible price. Is this the last resort?

Strangeface, from Kent, have performed across the UK in village halls and Arts Centres for 17 rural touring schemes over the last 3 years. The company always offers the opportunity for audience members to come and have a closer look at their masks and puppets at the end of the show, or even to "have a go" behind a mask.

Suitable for anyone over the age of 11 years.
